Notes for Use of Motor Spindle:

•  In the process of saving and transporting motor spindles, the high speed grease in the bearings could
•  be changed. So before using, the spindles should run in low speed for a period time at first. Running 
• must start from the minimum speed of the spindle and add speed to differential growth by 3000rpm after 
• 30 minutes. Each level is run in 20 minutes. If just start using in high speed without running, abnormal 
• noise and heat would happen then the using life will be shortened. In the long-term use of the electric
•  spindle, it should be working(in low speed) at least 15 to 30 minutes within one week.
•  The spindle should rotate in the specific direction.
•  The spindle using gas seal should dry and filter its gas source by the water oil separator before using.
•  Cooling water calculate by 1 liter per kilowatt minute. The minimum flow rate of cooling water is not less than 5 liters per minute.
